★Terms of service★

Heya! Thanks for taking an interest in my art! Make sure to read this important info. Upon Commissioning me the client agrees with the following:

❥ As far as forms of payment go PayPal is preferred. In the case paypal is not an option cashapp is also acceptable.

❥ I reserve the right to charge extra for any extra work (large changes/additions, etc)

❥ I typically do not begin work on any commissions until full payment is recieved upfront (although holds and payment plans for adopts are available upon request unless otherwise stated)

❥ Selling, mass producing, commercializing, redistributing, tracing, altering or using my artwork without my express written permission is not allowed under any circumstance.

❥ As the artist, I hold full copyright of the artwork that is produced. Commissioned work should only be used by myself and the client; The client has the right to privately and publicly display the art for personal use. This does NOT include using my artwork in any type of product/merchandise without my permission, wether personal or commercial.

❥The client accepts that they will not claim credit for any part of a piece commissioned from me, other than the ownership of their character.

❥The client agrees not to publicly display the art without proper credit to the artist provided visibly alongside the work. Credit must be publicly available and easy to find. Linking me directly is always much appreciated!

❥ You may not edit my art, without permission.
